Our vision is to create trust, transparency, and equality in European companies. Variant was founded in Trondheim in 2018, and in Sweden, we have offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg, and Linköping.

We know that digital initiatives should not start with design sketches, code, or infrastructure, but rather with collaboration and a desire to create positive change. We believe that tech, design, and strategy work best together when we are creative, open, and shaping change as a team!

That’s where we come in – a new Variant of a digital agency that is generous, transparent, and driven by a passion for learning! From Trondheim to Stockholm – we are 100+ developers, designers, and strategists ready to collaborate with new clients and colleagues. In addition to Stockholm, we expanded to Gothenburg in the spring of 2024. And in the summer of 2024, through the acquisition of the design agency Usify, we also gained an office and new colleagues in Linköping.
